Welcome to our "Strandhaus Nala" in Kamperland, located in the 5-star park Noordzee Residence de Banjaard, right by the beautiful beach. Our house accommodates 5 people.
You are welcome to bring up to two medium-sized dogs. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen that opens up to a generous dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove top, dishwasher, combination oven with microwave, refrigerator including a freezer compartment, coffee machines, kettle, etc. From the kitchen, you can step out onto a small breakfast terrace.
The living room features a large UHD Smart LED TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, stereo system, a DVD collection, various games, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Through the living room, you access the terrace (furnished with chairs and 2 loungers) and the fully fenced garden. The new Bangkirai terrace with lounge furniture is an additional inviting space to relax and offers an unobstructed view of the small lake. A grill is available.
In the entrance area, there is a coat rack, the service room with washing machine, ironing board, and clothes rack, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one with a large box spring bed for two people (180x210 cm) and an additional single bed. The other bedroom has two single box spring beds and a desk. Both rooms have their own balcony, TV, wardrobe, armchair, and special curtains for darkening. The friendly bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet, and sauna is located between the bedrooms.
The house is childproof. A wagon, high chair, travel cot, and stair gate (upstairs) are available. The property is completely fenced.
Our holiday home is situated on a spacious, fenced corner plot, directly by a watercourse. Two parking spaces offer additional convenience. Central yet quiet location near the park center, thus also close to the EV charging stations. Short distances to the fabulous beach (300m) and to places worth seeing. A variety of leisure activities.

The park offers children a diverse animation program (during the season).
Additionally: reception, bicycle rental, restaurant, snack bar, supermarket, indoor pool, trampolines, new mini-golf course, air hockey, darts, billiards, table tennis, nice e-game machines. Various playgrounds and a tennis court are in the immediate vicinity. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Located behind the dunes, this comfortable 5-star villa park in Kamperland, Zeeland, is right by the sea. Clean, expansive beach (multiple award-winning) with numerous beach cafés and snack options, as well as cycling and hiking trails. Kamperland itself has several restaurants and larger supermarkets, including Aldi, a drugstore, pharmacy, and various shops. Nearby are cities and quaint towns worth visiting such as Veere, Middelburg, Domburg, Oostkapelle, Zierikzee, and many more. There is a bus stop at the park entrance.

The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, deducting the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible:
Withdrawal:
up to 95 days before the start of the rental period = 25% of the rental price
up to 75 days before the start of the rental period = 35% of the rental price
up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period = 80% of the rental price
up to 7 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental price
after that, withdrawal is no longer possible, and 100% of the rental costs will be incurred.
