The newly renovated Garden Vill Lago holiday apartment (completed in early May 2022) is located in a small park directly on the lake (30m), which includes a private jetty for sunbathing or as an entry point into the lake.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and lake view, and a private loggia that can also be used as a dining room and lounge.
From the living room, you have direct access to the lawn and then to the lake. The generous apartment has been furnished with high-quality materials and great attention to detail by the hosts. Ideal for those who value elegance and comfort and consider an exclusive location important.
The holiday apartment Garden Vill Lago is located in a prestigious area of the town San Benedetto (a district of Peschiera). The complex (3 independent houses with 5 apartments each) is situated in an exclusive location with a large park and was intelligently designed in the 70s by a significant Italian architect, ensuring that all apartments have a lake view. The house containing the apartment is slightly set back in the second row, 30m from the lake, which means guests do not experience the hustle and bustle of the lakeside promenade, something our guests consider a major advantage. Lake views can be enjoyed from the living room and the garden. The beach and the private jetty can be accessed through a private entrance. It is the only residential complex in the area that has a private jetty, which can be used for mooring dinghies, SUPs or surfboards, as well as for sunbathing, of course.

Verona can be reached by car (train) in 30 minutes, and the cities of Milan and Venice by high-speed train in about an hour. The amusement park Gardaland is just 8 km away.
By car:
From the A4 Milan - Venice motorway (3 km): take the Peschiera exit - towards Sirmione. After 3 km, you will reach S. Benedetto di Lugana.
By train:
From Peschiera del Garda train station: walk through the city center and head towards "Sirmione". After 3 km, you will reach S. Benedetto di Lugana. From Via Bell'Italia, turn right into Via Alfieri and then you will arrive at Via Parini.
By plane:
From Verona Villafranca "Valerio Catullo" airport and from "Gabriele d'Annunzio" airport in Montichiari (BS).
