Description

The estate is located in Sint Maartensbrug amid tulip fields and near the North Sea beach. In total, there are 5 apartments on site, each atmospheric and carefully-furnished. This apartment is very suitable for large families.

For a day of shopping or a drink on the terrace, you can go to the adjacent Schagen. A visit to places such as Alkmaar, Bergen, Schoorl, Enkhuizen or even Amsterdam is also possible. In the vicinity, you will find the artists' village of Bergen and numerous cozy beach locations in Sint Maartenszee, Callantsoog, Bergen and Egmond aan Zee. In Den Helder you can visit the Marinemuseum or a day by boat to Texel.

You can use the joint terrace and light the barbecue for a nice summer evening. Parking is available at the stay and the open kitchen includes a combi microwave and a dishwasher.

Anders als in der Anzeige angegeben, handelte es sich nicht um ein Haus, sondern und zwei separate Ferienwohnungen. Ein Essbereich für sechs Personen war nicht vorhanden. Eines der Betten befand sich in einem Badezimmer. Dies war in der Anzeige so nicht ersichtlich. Die Dusche befand sich direkt am Kopfende des Bettes und war scheinbar undicht, es hatte sich Schimmel gebildet. Dieser Raum konnte nicht genutzt werden. In der oberen Wohnung funktionierte außerdem die Heizung nicht, die Wohnung war zu kalt, um sich dort aufzuhalten. Bei Regen ist Wasser durch die Fenster in der oberen Wohnung (Schlafzimmer) eingedrungen. Aus diesen Gründen konnte die zweite Wohnung von uns nicht genutzt werden.

An einem Abend funktionierten sämtliche Abflüsse und Toiletten nicht mehr. Wir konnten die Küche und Toiletten nicht nutzen. Der Manager kam zwar schnell und war sehr nett, aber das Problem konnte erst am nächsten Tag gelöst werden. Laut dem Manager tritt dieses Problem sehr häufig auf und ist bekannt.

Belvilla hat die Mängel zunächst per Mail aufgenommen, nach Übermittlung weiteren Bildmaterials wurden und werden aber alle Anfragen meinerseits ignoriert.
