Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 60% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation between the 29th day and the 15th day before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Between the 14th and the 7th day, 20% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund will be due if the cancellation occurs between the 6th day and the time of arrival or in case of a no-show.

Matteo personally greets all customers who come to Cattolica for the first time to his holiday apartments at the A14 motorway exit. He takes you directly to your booked apartment to avoid any loss of time or waiting periods.
How to reach us by car: The A14 motorway connects Bologna (direction Ancona), on the Adriatic coast, and Cattolica.
How to reach us by train: The Cattolica train station is 1.5 km away from the apartment.
How to reach us by plane: Bologna is 120 km, Rimini is 20 km, Ancona is 90 km, Forli is 60 km.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, mit allem was man braucht. Matteo ist ein wunderbarer Vermieter der immer zur Verfügung steht falls fragen sind. Per WhatsApp oder E Mail immer erreichbar. Plant im vorraus den Strand und "bucht" es einem.
Cattolica an sich ist ein süßes Örtchen und alles in der Nähe. Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine süße Promenade.
Das Auto wird eigentlich kaum gebraucht.
Kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
