Our newly built, modern vacation home Sandkärr is situated in a secluded location on its own peninsula in the Baltic Sea, close to the city of Kalmar - so you have all the facilities of a larger city just 20 minutes away and yet you are in nature for yourself. The large terrace just a few meters from the Baltic Sea feels like it hangs over the water and invites you to spend endless hours outdoors. There is also a jacuzzi on the terrace, which can be booked as an optional extra for an additional charge. The private property is separated from the rest of the island by a small fence, dogs are welcome by arrangement, but the fence is not really dog-proof. There is a second small bathroom in a small outbuilding, where we have also installed the washing machine.
