Spacious living room with a cozy seating area with gas stove, TV (with digital channels), and DVD player. The fully equipped, beautiful kitchen in Old Dutch style includes an electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo, and kettle. Lovely dining area with ample space for 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet and a storage room with a washing machine/dryer. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed (200 x 160) and a large wardrobe; the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. The luxurious bathroom features a shower cabin, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Beautiful southwest-facing garden with a large lawn on the side and a sunny terrace with garden furniture. The garden is completely fenced (including towards the water).

Bungalow park "Buitenplaats" in Callantsoog is a park with allure. The holiday home Buitenplaats with a thatched roof is situated between the nature reserves Zwanenwater, Kooibosch, and Abbestee and is only about 1000 m from the center of Callantsoog. The distance to the white and extensive sandy beach is approximately 900 m.
In the middle of the park, there is a beautiful playground island with a pirate ship, a soccer field, and various play attributes.

- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price
In case of a later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
