Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following costs will be incurred: if you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount is charged; if you cancel from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount is charged; if you cancel from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount is charged; and if you cancel on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.

Getting there
To the city office MarinaPark Lemmer, Industrieweg 1:
Take the A6 motorway exit Lemmer
then towards Lemmer / Balk, follow the Rondweg (about 1.5 km)
- until the lifting bridge, then take the next street on the left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beach Club, then take the first street right into Industrieweg.
After 150 m, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in Lemmer, aber diesmal hatten wir einfach so ein Glück mit dem Haus! Es ist ganz modern und hell eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und lichtdurchflutet, ganz toll!
Der Garten mit Gräsern und idyllischer Stegbeleuchtung am Abend ein echtes Schmuckstück. Der Blick aufs Wasser von allen Räumen des Hauses ist traumhaft.
Wir hatten bei Marina Park ein Boot gemietet und sind einfach so losgefahren, auch ohne Führerschein ging's super, konnten dann immer am eigenen Bootssteg wieder anlegen!!
Wir können das Haus No. 139 absolut empfehlen!
