Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 28 days before check-in. Guests who have booked less than 28 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. After that, a 50% refund will be issued up to 7 days before check-in. No refund will be issued after this period. The receipt date of your cancellation notice will be considered. Any amounts already paid will be offset. You may provide a substitute person to take over your contract under the stated conditions. A written notification will suffice.

Larger shopping options are available in the small town of Ile-Rousse, 7 km away.
Due to its secluded location in a rural setting, you can enjoy an undisturbed holiday in this house, yet it is not too isolated thanks to its proximity to the village.
Because of the nature reserve, one should not be afraid of close contact with nature.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren jugendlichen Kindern in der Villa Murier verbracht und die Ruhe und Natur genossen. Aber auch die Nähe zu den diversen Stränden (Aregno, Bodri, Lozari), die selbst im August nur angenehm gefüllt waren.
Das Haus besticht durch seine vielen, kleinen durchdachten Details (super Hängematte im Schatten der Bäume, Außendusche, Diverse Sitzgelegenheiten draußen im Schatten, Küchen-Ausstattung ohne Wünsche offen zu lassen, super Betten) - man merkt, dass die Besitzer hier viel Zeit und Ideen in das Haus eingebracht haben, so dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Es liegt sehr einsam (zwischen Schaf-Weiden und Olivenhainen) und die Natur ist direkt vor der Tür (diverse Tier-Geräusche nachts :-)).

Sehr charmantes, großzügig bemessenes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus etwas abseits gelegen umd doch nah zu allem Wichtigem, perfekt zum Erholen und für Erkundungen der Gegend. Toller großer Garten mit Bäumen und Kräutern. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und zufriedene Wochen hier verbracht.
