Description

The apartment is lovingly but without frills schnack furnished. Whether the comfortable couch, the generous dining table or the comfortable seating on the terrace everything has been thought of. So that you have a great and relaxing stay. There are 2 parking spaces available in the underground car park. In addition, for dog owners we have of course also thought of the body 4 legs, there are bowls and of course an excellent dog bed. Dogs are welcome as long as they are as well behaved as their 2 legs. Please inquire here in advance.

Ihre Anreise funktioniert schnell und zügig über die B6 ( Abfahrt Großkugel / Schkeuditz / DHL ) von hier aus gelangen sie in ca. 10-15 Min entspannt und zügig von der Abfahrt bis zur Wohnung. Achten Sie hier jedoch auf den Standblitzer in der Städtischen 50 Iger Zone.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr nah am Zentrum. S-Bahn in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Auto blieb also während der gesamten Zeit in der Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich sehr nett empfangen und herumgeführt. Der Vermieter war extrem angenehm, hilfsbereit und "kundenfreundlich" - wir konnten die Wohnung bei Ankunft früher beziehen und am letzten Tag später wieder verlassen, als es im Vertrag stand, weil es terminlich halt gepasst hat - für uns außergewöhnlich nett. Wir möchten diese Wohnung und diesen Vermieter daher aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles und herzliche Grüße aus dem Spreewald.

Eine großzügig geschnittene und umfangreich ausgestattene Ferienwohnung. Ruhige Lage, mit tollem Außenbereich. Aufgrund der Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, durfte das Auto in der Tiefgarage bleiben. Kurzer Weg in die City. Nette Begrüßung inkl. Einweisung vor Ort, unkomplizierte Schlüsselabgabe! Es hat nichts gefehlt!

Als Pärchen mit einem Freund wurden wir herzlich empfangen, besonders von Emma :)
Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend, die Gegend ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und bat Platz und Wohlgefühl für jeden von uns. Haben sogar spontan verlängert.
Vielen Dank für Deine Tipps und insgesamt für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, lieber S. Wären liebend gerne länger geblieben :)
