on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with round shower, kitchen and living area with sofa bed (which allows you to accommodate two more people) and a mezzanine area where a private corner is created with a double bed and private bathroom overlooking the greenery.
The distribution of the beds allows different possible arrangements for the guests of the house in respect of its capacities….
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, 4G wifi, safe also for 15 'laptops. Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request. In the garden, you will find two comfortable sun loungers for your relaxation! The reserved parking space is a few meters away.
Rates include rent, water, electricity and gas consumption, wifi, reserved parking space inside the park, air conditioning.
The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom, and kitchen) and a starter kit for cleaning (tools and detergent).
