It is fully furnished with a modern kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms, thus combining nature and comfort. The interiors are done in Swiss pine, promising coziness and relaxation. The crackling of the wood stove in the kitchen adds to the atmosphere.
The chalet is located at the edge of the forest about 500 m from the farm (approximately a 10-15 minute walk) and is easily accessible by car via a forest road in normal summer conditions. In winter snow conditions, we assist with luggage transport, allowing you to experience nature and seclusion up close and undisturbed.

The surroundings invite you to hike and simply enjoy nature. The view of the farm, the valley, and the Dolomites is breathtaking.
Leave the Brenner motorway from the north at the Vahrn/Pustertal exit and continue on the country road to Brixen until you reach the roundabout in front of the train station. Exit right at this roundabout and follow the road 3 km up the mountain until the turn-off to Pinzagen. Follow the road for 1 km to the village of Tils, then continue for another 5 km up the mountain road to Perlungerhof. Everything is well signposted.
