Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible up to 28 days before check-in and is completely free of charge and without any penalties. We will then immediately refund your deposit and any money already paid.
If you cancel after that, we are entitled to 90% of the rental price. If you have already paid for additional services that are billed separately, such as towels, bed linen and cleaning, and/or paid a deposit, you will, of course, be refunded. If we let the space to someone else, further refunds may be applicable; we will let you know if this is the case.

Other recreational opportunities
If you love to cook, you'll find everything a cook's heart desires in our kitchen. Pots, knives and other equipment are almost exclusively from Rösle; there is an extra-wide stove with induction hobs, an extra-wide oven and a wine cooler with two temperature settings. Plates, cups, bowls and jugs come from the workshop of a friend who is a potter.
You can take riding lessons at the neighbouring Osterbunsbüll farm. Please ask us in good time before your arrival so that we can arrange it for you.
And maybe one of our daughters will have time to take you or one of your children for a spin on one of our Icelandic horses.
Holiday destination
The farm is in a stand-alone location, surrounded by fields, paddocks and the bends so typical of the peninsula, the gently undulating landscape and fresh air that you only find in the land between the seas. Thanks to its central location, you can be in Flensburg, Schleswig or at one of the beaches of the fjord or Schlei in less than half an hour. You can walk to the Hechtmoor and Rehberger Forst nature reserves in just a few minutes.
Getting there
By car: A7 exit Schleswig-Schuby, continue towards Kappeln, turn left at Triangel (inn), via Böklund to Ülsby, turn left in Ülsby, turn left off the main road at Weßen Roß onto Schmiedestraße, then right onto Stellmacher Weg and the next left onto Osterfelder Weg. After about 300 m you will see the Bendixenhof on the right-hand side.
Arrival by plane via Hamburg or Billund (DK).
Arrival by train via Sörup or Tarp. Our bus stop is called Weißes Roß, Schmiedestraße.

Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe mit 7 Personen und hatten ein super schönes Wochenende von A-Z hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus inklusive alle Räume und Ausstattung ist einfach unfassbar toll
Vom ersten Moment fühlt man sich super wohl. Egal ob im wunderschönen Garten oder im Haus man sich einfach pudelwohl.
