The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the building, is luminous and modern. The living room is equipped with AC and TV-sat. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with twin beds; and the last one with a single bed. Another bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. Also if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Our guests can enjoy their lunch and dinner outdoors on the two beautiful terraces that the apartment offers. The first one is at the front and the second one at the back with access from the bedrooms and where you can also lie on the sunbed and revel in the sun.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the town of Alcúdia but with all the necessary services for an independent stay nearby. The closest beach is Sa Marina, ideal to go with children thanks to its clean and shallow waters. But you can visit many other fantastic beaches such as Port de Pollença, Port d'Alcúdia or Platges de Muro by car or bus, as there is a bus stop very close to the accommodation. Finally, a visit to the walled town of Alcúdia - to get lost in its wonderful streets full of shops and restaurants on market days - is a must.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
