In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The closest beach is Sa Marina, ideal to go with children thanks to its clean and shallow waters. But you can visit many other fantastic beaches such as Port de PollenÃ§a, Port d'Alcúdia or Platges de Muro by car or bus, as there is a bus stop very close to the accommodation. Finally, a visit to the walled town of Alcúdia - to get lost in its wonderful streets full of shops and restaurants on market days - is a must.
