Sachs Hoyz is a uniquely charming holiday home in a great location. High up on the dunes with a phenomenal panoramic view of the dunes, over the village and out to sea. And almost next door with the exit to the beach.
Sachs Hoyz is named after the family. It is a striking building in a prime location and was built in the 1950s by architect Auke Komter. Much is still in its original condition. Don't expect luxury and modern decor, expect charm, nature, simplicity and a great beach holiday. You can easily drive up the dune in your car or walk to the entrance.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom (double bed 140 x 200) with a bathtub a sink.
There is also a children's bedroom with a single bed (1.90) and a children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
Note: The beds in the children's room are only 1.90 cm long and 80 cm wide, so they are not suitable for adults.
A small separate bathroom with a sink and a shower. There is a separate toilet.
The spiral staircase leads to the living and dining room with the original table and cabinets as designed by the architect. The kitchen is simple but fully equipped.
The view from the living room window is like a painting. Scottish Highlanders and even herds of wild horses live in the North Holland Dune Reserve. The fireplace, the bookshelf, the sofas, the TV and many beautiful details make this family home your family home too.
You have two sheltered and sunny terraces on different levels, equipped with the necessary garden furniture.
You can park your cars right next to the house at the end of the driveway.
The house is surrounded by a very large plot, so you can enjoy optimal privacy.

Bergen aan Zee and its neighboring villages of Bergen, Schoorl and Egmond offer you miles of sandy beaches, dunes, forests and heath. Stroll and shop in our beautiful village of Bergen. You won't be short of culture either. Visit the museums, galleries and annual events this region has to offer.

The cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). A cancellation is only valid if the tenant has received confirmation within the deadline.
The following rules apply:
3 Cancellation by Renter
3.1 A cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email). Upon receipt of the cancellation, Villa BaZ will send a cancellation confirmation and invoice to the email address provided by the tenant.
3.2 If canceled up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date, the renter owes fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount plus booking amount
3.3 If canceled on the forty-second (42nd) day or less before the arrival date, the renter owes one hundred percent (100%) of the rental amount plus booking amount
3.4 In the event of cancellation fourteen (14) days or less before the day of arrival or if the tenant does not arrive on the day of arrival or if the tenant does not use the holiday home fully for the agreed rental period (early departure), the tenant owes the full invoice amount (100%) .
3.5 All amounts paid by the tenant will be offset against the amount owed by the cancellation, resulting in a cancellation invoice to be paid by the tenant within two (2) weeks after Villa BaZ has sent the cancellation invoice to the email address . Villa BaZ must refund credits within the same period of two (2) weeks.
3.6 Canceled reservations can be transferred to third parties in consultation with Villa BaZ.
3.7 Villa BaZ strongly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
4 Cancellation by Villa BaZ
4.1 In the unlikely event that the holiday home booked by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, Villa BaZ and the landlord are entitled to provide the tenant with equivalent or better alternative accommodation to be determined by Villa BaZ and the landlord. In this case, the tenant cannot sue the landlord in court.
