The holiday apartment Sunshine Schoorl features a living room with sliding doors and access to the garden with a terrace. The garden borders a meadow where horses graze, and the apartment is also available for last-minute booking.
Additionally, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find the bedroom with a cozy double bed (2x1.80 meters) with two mattresses and two duvets, and digital TV. The bathroom comes with a shower and washbasin.
Cable TV with German channels, DVD player, stereo system, CD, WIFI internet, games, books, washing machine, and central heating are also part of the apartment's amenities. Our house is suitable for babies upon request.

Welkom in ons vakantiehuis in Camperduin, perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie in een prachtige omgeving! Dit vakantiehuis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie. Het huis biedt veel privacy, eigen privé tuin om van de zon en het uitzicht te genieten. Goede parkeer voorziening waar je zelfs je elektrische auto ( tegen vergoeding) kan opladen. Dit vakantiehuis ligt op slechts 700 meter van het prachtige strand en maar 300 meter van het bos-en duingebied Je fietst door de Schoorlse Duinen in 15 minuten naar Schoorl. Geniet van de nabijgelegen restaurants met heerlijke maaltijden of bezoek lokale attracties zoals het klimduin (1,2 km) of Museum Kranenburgh in Bergen (6,1 km). Daarnaast ligt de gezellige stad Alkmaar dichtbij. Alkmaar staat bekend om zijn traditionele kaasmarkt en is een heerlijke bestemming met historische architectuur, pittoreske grachten en een verscheidenheid aan winkels, cafés en restaurants. Geniet van een dagtocht naar deze prachtige stad, maak een dagtocht naar Texel of neem de trein voor een dagje naar Amsterdam. Binnen is het huis gezellig en uitnodigend. Het huis beschikt over een goed uitgeruste keuken voor het bereiden van maaltijden, een gezellige woonkamer met een tv, een eethoek en een comfortabele zithoek. De slaapkamer is comfortabel en voorzien van een 2 persoons ( 180x200) bed. Tevens een aparte kleedkamer.
The holiday apartment is located 100 m from the most beautiful dune area and only 400 m from the beach, sea and nature reserve bird sanctuary "de putten" and the polder area.
You can start directly in front of the front door to walk in the dunes or go cycling. Shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant etc. are about 1 km away.
Alkmaar with its cheese market can be reached in 30 minutes.
Camperduin/Schoorl is north of Alkmaar.
