Cancellation and curtailment of stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the tenant is to pay the following pro rata rents as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
-Otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
- No-show or interruption of holiday… 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The lessee can prove less damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

This small settlement will conquer you with it s charm, hospitality of its inhabitants, history, summer cultural events, concerts and sights worth visiting as well as gourmet restaurants offering the palate of home-made delicacies that are so typical to this part of the coast. There are few restaurants in close vicinity. There is also a ZIP line nearby, which is interesting for children.

It is a perfect location, situated on a small hill, looking over the water in a rustic and historic Village. Easy access to everything, including the water and beautiful hikes in the mountains. Ivan is a very nice, thoughtful and helpful. For an authentic experience, no where better to stay. Thanks very much. We will be coming back.

WOW!! Villa Nina exceeded all our expectations in all areas. We stayed as two families and had comfortable beds for everyone and plenty of spaces for both kids and adults to relax and play. Gorgeous sunsets from the pool deck, 3 separate dining areas - prefect for our large group. We had the most wonderful hosts and we used all his tips and recommendations for the area in and around Tucepi. The village of Covici and the mountain behind the villa were breathtaking and an unexpected treat.
