There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the amenities that a modern guest needs for a relaxing stay, a direct approach toward an outdoor dining area, a stylish dining area, comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, and PS4 for your youngest members. * Indoor staircase with a glass wall offers daylight in every corner of this lovely property interior, and it takes you to the first floor that offers a Bedroom No2 (South-East) with a Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, an air conditioner, en-suite bathroom with a shower, a balcony with sea views. A Bedroom No3 (South) with a King size bed 180cm x 200cm, a sofa that converts into a sofa bed for 1 person, a balcony with a sea view. A Bedroom No4 (South-West) with a Queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views. Bedrooms No3 and No4 share a family bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Villa`s location and Podstrana`s interesting geographical features, tourists are offered various recreational facilities in nature and at the beach: water sports, walking paths, hiking, via Ferrata, and cycling trails, exploring Stara Podstrana, or sightseeing of cultural and historical localities. Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating.
Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the Split airport SPU (30 km), seaport (10 km), bus station for international traffic (10 km), railway station (10 km), and the motorway exit Split (25 km), small golf court and tennis courts are in Stobreč, only 5km far from the villa.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep:
• 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
• 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured)
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a
confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference
The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if
the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change
according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit
of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated
below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation
terms stated below will apply.
If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible,
the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48
hours before transfer are not possible.
• The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later
than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.
During main seasons, from 8th June to 20th September is possible to check-in only on Saturday
