To confirm booking guests are oblige to pay in advance 30% of total amount of reservation. Remain amount shuld be pay 30 days before arrival or upon arrival in cash.
In case of force majeure such as war, earthquake, pandemic, flood, fire, the guest is entitled to a refund of funds paid less administrative costs that may amount to max. 10% of the total contracted amount.

Villa Martinika is surrounded with mediterranean trees from behind of the house and in front of the house is splendid view on vineyards and olive trees.
It is located just 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the Roman Arena in Pula, about 15 minutes from Pula International Airport and only a few kilometers from the world famous Brijuni Islands.
Getting there
If you arrive with a car and drive on highway to Pula the best is to take exit Vodnjan sought. On local road take direction Pula and on third rotor take right to direction Fažana. After 1,4 km take left to Stinjan and drive 200m and take right to Villa Martinika.
