Štinjan is a village located in the southwestern part of the Istrian Peninsula in Croatia. It is situated near the town of Pula, which is known for its well-preserved Roman architecture, including the famous Pula Arena, an ancient Roman amphitheater.
Getting there
If you arrive with your car take exit from highway Vodnjan sought and take direction Pula. On third rotor take direction Fazana and after 1,4km take direction Stinjan. Drive 1,6km to the center of the village and take right direction Fazana. Drive 350m and take left and 1st right and after 300m you will find Villa Maria on left side..

Great Family House with all the luxury you need, clean, a lot brand new. A very warm welcome by Hostess Samanta. Nearby the seaside, less than 1200mtr, very quiet neighbours and surroundings. Also in the near of Pula and Fazana, lots of restaurants to choose from. A pleasant stay with kids
