Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2022 or 2023. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Holiday destination

The small, quiet village of Ripenda Kosi is located on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea. The area is very rarely inhabited, away from the tourist crowds, with very little traffic. Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seascapes by the sea, islands, the Kvarner Bay characterize the surroundings. The nearest supermarket is in Labin, 8 km away from the Villa. In Labin you can also find a gas station, ATM, farm and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat tours and great restaurants.
