You enter the house on the south side via the overgrown terrace and find yourself directly in the centre of the house, in the very spacious living room with a cosy sofa corner in front of the fireplace, large dining table in the bright dining area and open kitchen.
The high-quality flooring - Pierre de Bourgogne - immediately catches the eye in a very pleasant way.
In the garden area on the south side there is playground equipment for small children.
The terrace on the north side faces the garden with pool.
The impression that the residents of the house opposite would have unrestricted access to the property is deceptive.

The rental contract is binding, an ordinary termination is excluded. If the hirer does not commence the journey for reasons for which the lessor is not responsible, the following cancellation costs shall be incurred:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental 20% of the rental price plus 12% service charge as cancellation costs;
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total rental charge as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
