Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

All tennis fans have no doubt heard of the Croatia Open tournament held in Umag so they will not be surprised to find many tennis courts in the area. In addition to them you can also find two golf courses and the little ones will not be disappointed if you take them to Istralandia, one of the biggest water parks in Europe. Also, it would be shame if you did not take some time to go on at least one daytrip to the interior of Istria where you can enjoy the picturesque countryside and the local gastronomical specialties like the many varieties of pasta, excellent wines and liqueurs and of course the unavoidable truffles.
Holiday destination
The villa is on a little hill surrounded by vineyards and olive tree groves so you will have a plenty of privacy while enjoying the view. The surrounding countryside is great for nature walk or a bicycle tour. The beach is only 2 kilometres away so you can drive there in 5 minutes. And in that same radius you can find everything
else you might need. The city of Umag offers everything from shops and restaurants to cafés and night bars so you can enjoy a bit of night life before returning to the peace and quiet of the villa.
