Three-room apartment inserted in a small residential complex near Capo Falcone and very close to the Pelosa beach; located on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase, consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom; to complete the apartment a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the island of Asinara. Present TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, reserved parking space.
The vacation home is close to the driveway that leads directly to the famous beach of Pelosa which is about 300 meters, while the main services are provided by the adjacent shopping center of Capo Falcone, also the presence of private parking space avoids having to worry about finding parking and its high cost.
It is therefore the ideal vacation home for groups of friends as well as for families with small children for the convenience of being able to go quickly and without a car to the beach.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
Linen rental upon request: 20,00 € per person.
Small pets: always on request, 50,00 € per week.
Tourist tax to be paid on site in cash according to the rules of the municipality.
