It consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom with private bathroom, second bedroom and second bathroom, complete the property, a veranda overlooking the sea furnished with table and chairs, a large green area surrounding the house to allow children to be outdoors in freedom and tranquility and parking spaces. There are TV, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and outdoor shower.
It 's the ideal villa for lovers of the beautiful sea and at the same time to enjoy maximum peace and privacy.
The beach is about 600 meters away and therefore can be easily reached on foot, but for those who want to go there by car, you can do so because the cottage has the possibility of free parking at 200 meters from the First Beach of Porto Istana. The beach is also suitable for children because it slopes gently, while the main services are present in the nearby Murta Maria.
Possibility to increase the maximum occupancy of the apartment to five people, in case the fifth person is a child.
The house is also suitable as a starting point to visit the beaches of the north-east coast of Sardinia, from Budoni to Costa Smeralda.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the municipality.
