Furnished with care and in an elegant and refined way, it consists on the ground floor of a very large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed and a first bathroom, downstairs there are a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a second bathroom.
The property includes a large terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and a private courtyard from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea of the Gulf of Orosei; convenience of free parking in front of the house.

Given its location in Cala Gonone, the vacation home is ideal for a stay of tranquility and sun, with the tide at about 900 meters and in the immediate vicinity the main services, but it is also an excellent starting point to dive into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine for example, as well as to make excursions or climbing in the wild hinterland.

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer.
Cancellation.
The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay:
- 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay;
- 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay.
For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
Small pets: always on request, 50,00 € per week.
Linen rental upon request: 20,00 € per person.
Tourist tax to be paid on site in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): €50.
