You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive written confirmation from the landlord. The following guidelines apply:
No cancellation fee from the day the contract is concluded up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period
from the 42nd day to the 29th day before the start of the rental period 25% of the total price
after that and in case of no-show 90% of the total price
The landlord tries to keep the damage as low as possible and to rent it out to someone else. You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient. Furthermore, an equivalent rebooking can be made according to availability.
The lessor is entitled to withdraw from the contract for an objectively justifiable reason or to terminate it extraordinarily if force majeure or other circumstances for which the lessor is not responsible make it impossible to fulfill the contract

The beautiful village of Ludwigswinkel is a state-approved climatic health resort and is located directly on the German-French border. It offers a variety of hiking and cycling opportunities to numerous castles, bathing lakes and beautiful vantage points. In addition, there is a barefoot path in Ludwigswinkel, the sculpture path, a miniature golf course, the possibility of horseback riding and 3 bathing lakes. A highlight is the biosphere house nature experience center in Fischbach with its treetop path.

Host informationWe, the family Gümbel, have been rooted in Ludwigswinkel since 1972 and love this climatic health resort, nature, the Palatinate Forest and the beautiful red sandstone rocks, castles and bathing ponds. Although our holiday home is on the edge of the forest, you can reach the "village pond" and/or the village center by foot in about 10-15 minutes. Ludwigswinkel offers many recreational opportunities and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. A few tips are ready for you in the house.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle, entspannende Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und sehr privaten Ferienhaus mit parkähnlichem Garten. Wir waren mit unserem 14 Jahre alten Goldie da und nicht nur er will unbedingt im Sommer mal wieder da hin. Auch wenn wir den Garten im Winter natürlich nicht so nutzen konnten, das blitzsaubere, gemütliche Haus ist auch im Winter eine Oase mit viel Platz für Mensch und Hund. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett und uns hat es an nicht gefehlt. Die liebevolle Weihnachtsdeko in und um das Haus war einfach zauberhaft.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Sommer mal wieder und werden dann sicher sehr viel Zeit in diesem traumhaft schönen Garten (der komplett eingezäunt ist) verbringen.
Vielen Dank liebe Familie Gümbel für die Gastfreundschaft und den freundlichen Empfang bei der Ankunft.

Gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Geschützte, nicht einsehbare großzügige Terrasse. Riesiger, eingezäunter Garten. Freundliche und flexible Vermieter.
Außerdem in der Umgebung Badeseen, herrliche Landschaft, Nähe Elsass-Nordvogesen, Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus erreichbar. Erfreulicherweise hat das Wetter zu 100 % mitgemacht.
Für Menschen, die Ruhe und Natur suchen, ein idealer Ort.
