Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Auch die Wohnung wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Betten sind gut, sogar ausgezeichnet. Leider ist der Service von Belvilla ein Hohn. Überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Geschäftskommunikation über WA, für Fragen und mögliche Probleme. Nicht einmal ein freundliches Wort. Obwohl alles sehr sauber war, hatten wir Probleme mit Kakerlaken. Belvilla konnte dagegen nichts tun. Bis ich sagte, ok, dann schreibe ich eine Rezension.
