The apartment Atico is located directly on the sea, in a pedestrian area of La Caleta. The living space is about 40 square meters and the terrace is about 15 square meters. The view of the Atlantic is fantastic and the sunsets unforgettable. A rental car is not necessary. Everything is within walking distance: shopping and dining, strolling along the beach promenade to Los Cristianos, etc. There are good bus connections and a taxi rank. Guests arriving with a rental car will find a large, free car park about 120 m from the holiday apartment. Only a few meters away from the holiday home there is access to the sea via a bathing ladder. So you can go for a swim in the sea before breakfast.
