Holiday home in the middle of Tisvildeleje close to forest, beach and town. The cottage contains living room with fireplace, TV, X-box, internet and WiFi speaker. Kitchen with i.a. induction cooker, extractor hood and dishwasher. Three bedrooms divided into two with double beds and one with bunk bed for 2 people. Cot and high chair. Renovated bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. There is both open and covered terrace. The large garden is ready for play and relaxation with garden games, barbecue and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The cottage has a super location with a short distance to station, beach, forest and real seaside atmosphere in Tisvildeleje town with shops, cafes and restaurants. Not for rent to youth groups.

Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
