Description

Spacious holiday home on a large, enclosed garden plot, surrounded by a low wall, in a small residential area near the long sandy beach of St. Martin. In addition to the spacious, open living area on the ground floor with dining and living room, you have another small couch area on the upper floor, ideal for browsing or as a TV room. Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal is a small seaside resort between the bustling port town of Granville and the famous monastic hill of Mont-St. Michael. The 3 km long sandy beach of Bréhal has been marked with the "Bleu Pavilion" label for 20 years, a testament to the good quality of the bathing water. Concerts and musical events are regularly organized here in summer. At the colorful Sunday market, right next door, you will find delicious regional products.

Wir freuten uns auf ein großes Haus in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand.
Letzteres entsprach der Beschreibung und war ein angenehmer Spaziergang. Auf der Strandseite gibt es ein kleines Dorf mit einem schönen lokalen Markt am Sonntag mit Gemüse/Obst/Fleisch/Fisch und schönen Schmuckstücken wie Schmuck, Kleidung und Körben.
Das Haus dort war etwas enttäuschend. Das Haus ist mit alter, unvollständiger Haushaltseinrichtung und abgenutzten Möbeln ausgestattet. Es hatte geregnet und das Haus roch sehr feucht. Im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer löste sich die Tapete von den Wänden und überall war Schimmel. Nach Angaben des Eigentümers ein Leckageproblem auf dem Balkon.
Das Haus ist sehr veraltet und fühlt sich ungemütlich an. Die Tische sind mit Plastikschutzfolien abgedeckt.
Die Küche ist sehr eng und unpraktisch. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Mikrowelle, einen Gasherd und einen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke, von denen einer Feuchtigkeit verliert. Macht eine Menge Chaos auf dem Boden!
Sie müssen durch die Küche nach unten gehen, um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen. Dieses Badezimmer ist klein, aber okay! Die Dusche funktioniert gut! Allerdings war der Abfluss verstopft, sodass die Dachrinne bereits am ersten Tag überlief. Alles war nass! Wir haben den Abfluss selbst von Haaren der Vormieter gereinigt….
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine.
Um nach oben zu gelangen, muss man über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe gehen. So schmal, dass man mit einer Wochenendtasche kaum drüber hinwegkommt.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich die zweite Toilette und das zweite Badezimmer. Dort duschen Sie in der Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung oder Vorhang.
Im Garten stehen zwei schöne Liegestühle. Und zwei Picknicktische.
Wir hatten 3 Autos dabei, die wir auf dem Grundstück neben dem Auto des Besitzers parken mussten. Das war eng. Und offenbar waren auch die Garagen auf dem gleichen Gelände vermietet und eines Morgens um 6:45 Uhr stand ein Auto im Leerlauf und ein fremder Mann stand vor unserer Tür und fragte, ob wir unser Auto bewegen könnten. Er wollte seinen Porsche aus der Garage holen.
Die Fotos erwecken den Eindruck, dass Sie einen privaten Garten haben. Das stimmt sicherlich nicht. Das Haus liegt direkt neben dem Haus des Eigentümers. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich die leere Wand einer Art Industrieschuppen.
In diesem heruntergekommenen Zustand lohnt es sich nicht, dieses Haus zu vermieten!
