It is rented as a fenced plot with garden, swimming pool, children's playground, private parking, indoor and outdoor grill and a covered seating area. It is located in Bogomolje, a small village on the island of Hvar.
The combination of old Mediterranean stone construction and modern equipment as well as the beautiful surroundings of bays and beaches with the crystal clear sea make this villa idyllic. - a larger central house (about 100 m2),
- a smaller house (40 m2) and new one for 2 more persons with own bathroom.

- a round stone house for grilling and indoor living as a reminder of the forgotten way of island life and a memorial to hard family work.
On the ground floor of the larger central house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a corner sofa, TV / SAT and a fireplace and a staircase leading up to two large bedrooms with Tv / Sat and exit to the balcony. In the smaller house, decorated with hunting trophies, there is an internal large antique wood fireplace, a dining room for 10 people, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a wooden staircase leading to the gallery with two beds. The whole house is air-conditioned and has WiFi.
Guests can enjoy the special ambiance of the outdoor area, decorated with many stone and wooden details, with various Mediterranean plants in the garden. Whole property is for your private use,it is not shared with other guests. It is created for soul and body retreat,to escape from reality.

Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation is possible
-up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.
