Description

Only 500 meters from the Achterwasser and about 1.5 kilometers from the Baltic sea is the luxurious Casa Martini. A traditional thatched house with a large terrace, balcony, unobstructed view and exclusive furnishings.
A total of 5 people stay comfortably thanks to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom on the ground floor with sauna and shower, 1 bathroom on the upper floor with rain shower and noble bath tub) and 1 children's room. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with the best electrical appliances from Miele. Also available: a Bullerjahn fireplace, TV, BOSE soundbar, 2 car parking spaces and a noble gas grill for inside or outside.

Special features

Thatched roof house with finest alpine-Mediterranean furnishings. Noble bathrooms with great sauna and whirlpool in the garden.

-Schimmel im unteren Bad.
-kein Handtuchtrockner oder geeignete Haken im oberen Bad.
-tote und verschmierte Insekten an den Wänden im Wohnbereich.
-der Schuppen ist teilweise mit Müll voll gestellt und für Mieter kaum nutzbar.
-die Grundreinigung im Haus ist ausbaufähig, (Spinnen-Netze, dreckige Fenster, Staub, Dinge hinter der Couch oder unter den Schränken.
-Kochutensilien fallen auseinander
-Wäscheständer defekt
