Our detached 10-person holiday villa is quietly located at North Sea Residence de Banjaard. It has a lovely swimming pool (heated from May 1st till September 30th) in the spacious garden, a veranda, BBQ and a sauna, in short, everything for a wonderfully relaxing family holiday! The holiday residence has a cozy living room with open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 1 bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the holiday residence.

The tenant can cancel free of charge within 7 calendar days after receipt of the reservation confirmation, unless the stay in the holiday home falls within 30 days of booking.
After the 7-day period has expired, the tenant can only cancel in writing. The following cancellation costs apply:
i.Cancellation more than 3 months before the arrival date: 25% of the total rental amount
ii. Cancellation between 60-90 days before arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount
iii Cancellation between 30-60 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount
