Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided
