On the ground floor, you'll find a living and dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with TV) and a shower room.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven-microwave combo, Senseo coffee pad machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and hand mixer.
In front of the holiday home Strandvilla Juliana, there are two parking spaces. In a storage room in front of the entrance, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are at your disposal. A grill is also available there.
Two adjustable high chairs are available for your children (please request when booking). The staircase is secured at the top and bottom with a stair gate roller blind (Kiddy Guard Avant). We are also happy to provide up to two baby cots (Hauck travel cot), for which we use thick children's mattress (8cm thick). Additionally, there is a changing mat accessory that can be placed on top of the frame. The beds are approved for use up to the age of 2 years.
The garden is enclosed by a gate and is fully fenced, ensuring that neither your little ones nor your dog can escape. Two dog beds are also available.

The Beach Villa Juliana is located in the Landal Park, Juliandorp Ooghduyne with a golf course, bowling alley, fun pool, playground, and various restaurants. The beach is about 800m away and can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the tulip fields. The covered shopping center in the town with many shops is also open on Sundays during the season. From Den Helder (about 8km away), you can take the ferry to visit the island of Texel.
