In addition to a spacious living/dining area and a high-quality kitchen, the Krefthuus features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utility room, a large terrace and an outdoor sauna. Oversized doors create a generous sense of space. In addition to the details listed under "Special Features" and "Rooms and Amenities", we would like to mention a few special features here:
- fully equipped kitchen with a fully automated coffee machine, a waffle iron, a raclette grill and two sets of crockery/cutlery
- the dining area with chairs and a leather bench provides space for 6 people; the table is also extendable
- the cosy living room with a fireplace not only has a 65-inch TV, but also a high-quality hi-fi system and a Blu-Ray player
The bedrooms with TVs and fitted wardrobes feature high-quality beds with the following dimensions:
- Ground floor 180x200cm, set at an easy-access height
- Upper floor (at the front) 180x210cm
- Upper floor (at the back) 140x200cm plus a sofa bed 90x190cm
Slatted frames and H3 mattresses are good up to 120kg.
The bathrooms are equipped with level-access showers (with a "walk-in" shower on the ground floor) and include rainforest shower heads and wall-mounted, heated towel racks. There are also plenty of storage options. The ground floor bathroom enjoys direct access out to the outdoor sauna and the cold waterfall shower. Of course, your kids (a.k.a. your "little mucky pups") can also wash themselves down here before entering the house :-) .
As the 7th guest, your baby will enjoy the cot upstairs at the front of the house and the additional travel cot and Tripp Trapp high chair on the ground floor. The property is surrounded by fences and features two gates – one leading out onto the street at the front and another at the back providing direct access to a playground.
We provide an allergy-friendly house, so no animals are allowed. Absolutely no smoking is permitted, either. This also applies to the outdoor areas.

As well as a beach chair on the terrace, you'll also find a beach chair on Neßmersiel beach that's available for you to use during the summer season.
During the colder times (or even warm times) of the year, you can enjoy the finnish sauna in the garden and settle down in a cosy spot by the fireplace. The fireplace is room-sealed and a carbon monoxide detector has been installed.

It's sometimes also nice to do nothing at all.
If you're looking for activities, you'll find a waterskiing course in Tannenhausen (24 km away), an outdoor seawater pool with a water slide in Dornumersiel, a forest high ropes course in Aurich and a wind turbine in Westerholt that you can visit on a guided tour. There are riding stables in the region and you'll find the Schloss Lütetsburg Golf Club in Lütetsburg. Greetsiel with its narrow and picturesque streets and also the Pilsum lighthouse are close by.
The distance to nightlife refers to a pub in Neßmersiel; you'll also find more nightlife in Aurich and Norden.
The holiday home is located in the centre of Neßmersiel with direct access to a playground. Three generations of guests can feel at home here. A supermarket and bakery are less than 2 minutes' walk away. Neßmersiel is a quiet village that's a great place to relax. You can walk across the dike in 20 minutes and reach the beach by bike in 10 minutes. A mudflat hike to the island of Baltrum should not be missed. Boat trips to Baltrum are possible. The resort village of Neßmersiel also features a number of high-quality restaurants.
By train
There are train connections to Norden respectively Norddeich Mole. From there you go by bus (no regular service) or by taxi
By car
A31 to exit 6, then via Aurich, Dornum to Neßmersiel, or
A29 to exit B210, then via Wittmund, Dornumersiel to Neßmersiel.
Brandgasse 2b is the second house on the right-hand side when viewed from the Edeka supermarket.
