The apartment is accessible through several stairs in the garden and is characterized by its unique location and great privacy.
Motor or sailing boats can be moored free of charge at the property's own buoy.
The Cherenguito beach bar is a 5-minute walk away, and the old town of Limone can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The nearest supermarket and a restaurant are 300 meters away.

The two apartments are part of our beloved family holiday home and have been meticulously renovated with a lot of love and passion for every detail. We are very pleased when you enjoy unforgettable hours in our charmingly constructed Bauhaus from 1960.

Wir waren 2024 das dritte mal in der Casa Felice 2 und fanden es auch in diesem Jahr wieder wunderschön und sehr entspannend.
Die einzigartige Lage direkt am See, die Aussicht, der Garten, das mit Liebe und sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Apartment, alles was man braucht!
Besonders gefällt mir der schöne Garten. Dort habe ich meinen Seelenort gefunden!
Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns wieder auf sehr entspannte Tage in der Casa Felice und auch auf die liebe und sehr hilfsbereite Martina und ihre Familie.

Traumhafte Alleinlage außerhalb von Limone, direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den See und die Bergwelt.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und zweckmäßig. Fam. Schaetz ist sehr freundlich und ihnen liegt das Wohlbefinden der Gäste am Herzen. Das war bestimmt nicht unsere einzige Reise ins Casa Felice, wir kommen wieder.
