The recently completed smaller villa offers high living comfort for up to five people on two levels. On the first floor, you will find the living area with a spacious living/dining room adjacent to an open kitchen, equipped with all desirable features, and an adjoining terrace area with a lounge seating group, dining ensemble, and access to the lower heated swimming pool. Also on this level is a single bedroom, an attractive bathroom with tub and toilet, and a utility room with storage options and a washing machine. The ground floor comprises two more spacious double bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, two shower rooms, and a separate toilet.
