Our holiday home is located on an artificially created island behind the Marina Den Oever, right on the Ijsselmeer. You can enjoy the sunrise with a view of the marina on the front terrace, and on the back terrace, you can end the day with a picturesque sunset over the Ijsselmeer.
On the ground floor of this luxuriously equipped villa, there is an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The upper floor has 3 high-quality furnished bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a sauna. Every room in our holiday home offers you a breathtaking sea view.
The entire property is fenced.
Not only will you remember the extraordinary and very beautiful location of the house with direct water access, but also features such as the sauna. Our loft bed in one of the upper bedrooms is particularly popular. A 75-inch Smart TV in the living room and three 43-inch Smart TVs in the bedrooms round off the amenities.

Discover North Holland with its historical places such as Enkhuizen and Hoorn, or visit the cheese market in Alkmaar, the Naval Museum in Den Helder, the picturesque fishing harbor in Den Oever, or take the ferry to Texel. North Holland has a lot to offer.
