Cancellation policy

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

You can explore the Tramuntana mountains, its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, as well as climb the mountain of La Trapa or the Puig de So Na Vidala. In the village of Andratx you find all services for an independent stay, a supermarket, bars, shops and a petrol station. In a few minutes by car you reach Puerto de Andratx, a coastal village with a luxurious flair. The next sandy beach is 14km away in Peguera and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes. The golf course of Andratx is only 6km from the house.
