This house is located in the neighbourhood of El Terreno in Palma, a quiet and privileged place due to its location near the sea and places of interest such as the Bellver Castle. Moreover, the island's capital is a great treasure to be discovered. If you approach the centre, which is very close, you will find not only exclusive shops and luxury boutiques, but also a wide variety of museums and art galleries, including Es Baluart, located in the Santa Catalina district and with impressive views of the old Lonja, the Almudaina palace and, of course, the cathedral. We also encourage you to wander through the streets of the historic centre and the old Jewish quarter, full of charming little corners and typical Mallorcan houses. If you fancy a swim, the area of Es Molinar and the beach of Can Pere Antoni are close to your accommodation.
