Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the rental begins: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental begins or later: the full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until you reach the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left of the road (small red bridge).

Das Haus ist super modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es eigene Fernseher. Durch die gut gewählte Aufteilung innerhalb des Hauses gibt es Platz ohne Ende. Dazu kommt noch eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Betten sind in einem Top Zustand und man schläft sehr gut. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, ideal wenn auch Hunde mitreisen.
Das Haus ist Tip Top gepflegt, alles sehr sauber und perfekt, hier fühlt man sich wohl.
