Enjoy carefree holidays in the newly built holiday home in a sunny hillside location above Bad Gastein at the foot of the Graukogel. In winter surrounded by pistes and lifts, in summer the starting point for a variety of hiking and mountain bike routes, the holiday home is situated in a safe and quiet location. The flats have been newly furnished in a very natural style with lots of wood.

The unforgettable panoramic view from the flat house over the entire Gastein Valley is a real cinematic experience. This view makes the world stand still for a moment and you can let yourself be enchanted by the impressions of nature.
Summer holiday with friends or family
If you want to get up high in summer, there are numerous hiking trails right on the doorstep. Rushing streams, crystal-clear mountain lakes and magnificent alpine meadows create a feeling of peace and tranquillity. The sheep and goats in the meadows around the holiday home provide pure entertainment as they chase after the treats on offer. The house dog and farm dog are also waiting to be stroked and have playmates to run around with.
Your winter holiday on the edge of the ski action
The slopes of the Graukogel ski area are just 300 metres away, making them the perfect gateway to the Salzburger Sportwelt Ski amadé. In good snow conditions it is possible to ski down to the house. The "Stubnerkogel - Angertal - Schlossalm" ski area, which connects Bad Gastein with Bad Hofgastein, can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
After an exciting day in the midst of nature, the "Felsentherme" in Bad Gastein invites you to relax and unwind.
Our tip: A trip to the summit of the Stubnerkogel is well worthwhile: next to the 140 metre long suspension bridge, swaying gently in the wind, a new, attractive viewing platform with the telling name "Glocknerblick" is enthroned directly opposite.
