Holiday home on a large beautiful natural plot with trees and views of the water at Overby Lyng. Bedroom with double bed in connection with the living room and separate entrance to the bathroom. At the front door are two bedrooms and a guest toilet. The house has a large terrace with several seats, from which the water, nature or shelter can be enjoyed. The house is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. It's about. 250 meters to ice house. The area is really good for fishing and a short drive to Havnebyen with fish shops and restaurants. Short distance to the ferry berth towards Aarhus, so that there may be some traffic in connection with ferry towing. Not for rent to youth groups.

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
