A nice little house in the core of Sölvesborg. From here you are close to lush forests, idyllic fishing villages, white sandy beaches and sparkling seas. There is a lot to discover in Sölvesborg! Perhaps you dream of active outdoor life in enchantingly beautiful nature, or of lovely, lazy days with sun and swimming. Or would you rather stroll along cozy cobbled streets, eat well and explore local cultural life? Then you should rent this house, because then you are close to everything. Sölvesborg is beautiful all year round! Sölvesborg has a very beautiful city center with interesting cultural monuments, architecture and sights. Do you play golf? Then you mustn't miss all the fine golf courses in the area, which are considered to be some of Sweden's best. For some time now, the new pedestrian and bicycle bridge over Sölvesborgsviken has been ready. With its 760 meters, the municipality prides itself on having Europe's longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge. The house is located in a residential area with a lovely garden with lawn. At the back there are two balconies with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Here you can choose whether you want to follow the sun or sit in the shade. The back is in a protected position and even if the house is centrally located, the back is basically protected from view. There are various outdoor games to choose from. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. There are plenty of party games for rainy days. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds and also a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the basement if needed. Since the house is only a few kilometers from the sea and Blekinge's beautiful archipelago, there are lots of different swimming spots! A few smaller ones nearby and then also Sandviken, which is perhaps the county's most popular sandy beach and is often called Blekinge's Riviera. With the kilometer-long white sandy beach and its child-friendly, deep, clear water, visitors are attracted from both near and far. Welcome to live in this house all year round and enjoy Blekinge! On request, it is possible to book a Mini-Holiday outside the high season.

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
