Villa Elizabet is situated on its own approximately 950 sqm property with a well-maintained lawn. Guests have access to a 32 sqm saltwater outdoor pool with sun loungers, a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture, and several parking spaces. The holiday home offers 210 sqm of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and direct access to the outdoor area, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a double room with a bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom in the hallway.

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.
