The holiday home "Maison des Loups" is situated in a completely tranquil location within the prestigious "Domaine de la Nartelle" in the heights of Sainte Maxime. The Domaine is characterized by very large plots with exclusive villa constructions. It is exclusively accessible to local traffic (without any through traffic) and the secluded plots and villas ensure a high degree of privacy.
"Maison des Loups" was completely newly furnished and partially renovated in 2023. The infinity pool and the terrace area impress with their breathtaking view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. The house is equipped with every comfort (including new electrical appliances in the kitchen). There are a total of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms available for guests. All beds in the house are also new, and all rooms have been furnished and decorated with beautiful design. One of the bedrooms offers a work area with a desk, screen, and connections for a notebook. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned. The house is very quiet in the hills of La Nartelle. The nearest shopping facilities and the beach are about a 10-minute drive away.
Access to the garage could be a problem for low-lying cars, but parking is available in front of the house. The house is not suitable for small children, as there is no fence around the pool and no stair gates.
