Charming holiday home for 4-6 people. On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom. The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the gallery, there are two single beds. Guests have access to a saltwater swimming pool, a barbecue, a seating area, and an enclosed garden. The house is in a great location near the center of Malinska.

Malinska, along with 19 smaller villages, forms the area of Dubasnica in the western part of the island of Krk, which is undoubtedly the mildest area of the island, as it is completely protected from winds, hence the toponym of the name of the place Sotovento – leeward side.
