The tenant can cancel up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In this case, only 25% of the rental price is to be paid.
If the tenant withdraws later, the agreed rental amount must be paid, unless the house can be rented out to someone else.
In the event of a lodging ban, the booking can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

Enjoy your holiday in a spacious, quiet complex with a large garden. The Veerse Meer borders the property. A well-stocked supermarket is in the immediate vicinity, and you will also find additional shopping opportunities on site.
Delicious fresh fish can be bought in the town, and the salad to accompany it at the weekly market. And if you prefer not to cook, there are good restaurants in the area. Large markets can be found in Middelburg and Goes.
The historic town of Veere can be reached via a beautiful cycle path along the Veerse Meer. Also worth visiting are Middelburg, Goes, Zierikzee, Vlissingen, Antwerp, and the Neeltje Jans flood barrier project.

Das Grundstück und das Haus sind sehr groß, die Ausstattung bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt, sogar mehr als im Inserat beschrieben. Das Veerse Meer ist beim Frühstück vom Tisch, auch von der Couch durch das Fenster zu sehen, ein absolutes Highlight. Die Umgebung ist absolut schön und bietet sich für Wanderungen an. Sehr netter Kontakt, danke für diesen schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder :)

Wir brauchten eine Auszeit und haben in diesem Ferienhaus die perfekten Voraussetzungen dafür gefunden. Allein der Blick über das Wasser ist Entspannung pur. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.
