Cancellation policy
We hope you do not cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows: 60 days or more prior to arrival: 80% refund of your total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee. If you give less than 60 days' notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you an 80% refund of the total rental price, less our 100 Euro administration fee. If you leave an apartment prior to the end of your stay, we cannot refund any of your rental paid. We recommend that you have cancellation insurance. If you do not have a company you work with, insurance can be provided by our partners at ADAR.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in a district called 'Quartier de l'Europe'. There are a few metro stations in the immediate area along with a number of buses. The 8th arrondissement is a great place to be as you can easily get around to different areas on foot, should you prefer. There is a weekly organic market at the top of the street and other food markets in close proximity. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars are in the neighbourhood but the area still remains a quiet, residential one.
Getting there
There is a flat rate of €56 from Charles de Gaulle to the apartment or €44 from Orly airport – do not pay any more than this! A taxi from the main train stations will cost €10-€25.
